One of the best ways I have found to summarize this is that unless someone is willing to suffer to abide by their ethical principles, their specific ethics are relatively meaningless, and are simply arbitrary ideals being chosen for convenience.
— The Midwestern Doctor
Also ditched was the doctor/patient confidentiality. Everything - every word, symptom, complaint, concern, substance use, gun ownership, marital status and much, much more - every detail is keyed into a centralized database by your physician, pharmacist or therapist. All of that information can be accessed by other 'doctors' for any reason, as well as government agents that can strip you of your guns, your children, your drivers license, occupational license and much, much more. That 'HIPPA' document you have been forced into agreeing to is THE back door for all this. Proof once again that we live in a post-privacy era.
That is so 💯.
