With a Will, There's a Way
Find someone who has the will and they'll find a way. A new meme, a quote and some commentary, but no coffee or donuts.
In Britain, older pensioners receive a much smaller pension. No one talks about it in the media but they do. And politicians never mention it. Naturally, this makes it exceedingly difficult for older citizens to eat and keep warm. And so they die of cold and hunger. All part of Net Zero.1

In 2017 when the U.S. became energy independent under Trump my world changed. I had always thought how great energy independence would be for us, but you know, it’s very complicated business and though it’s a noble goal would probably take decades to achieve.
Not so. It took six months. Why? Because someone wanted to do it. That’s when it hit me, as it should have many decades earlier, that most of the problems we have in society are because of people who want those problems, who use the problems to control the populace. Fixing the problems would diminish their power. Problems are a feature not a bug (Yes, I’ve used that line before).
So I guess it wasn’t so hard to “turn the water on” in California despite Newsom telling everyone Trump didn’t know what he was talking about.
It’s not so hard to clean up government if there are people who truly want to do that.
It’s not that hard, apparently, to send in engineers to fix roads and bridges in North Carolina.
Someone just has to want to do it.
Here’s another meme I posted a month or two ago:
Common sense.
See article below.
LA Times: Trump Unleashed the Water; Newsom Copycats
Website: Independent Sentinel
Date: February 1, 2025
The LA Times published two articles giving Donald Trump credit for California finally having water, showing that Newsom’s follow-up order sounds like Donald Trump. We are finally getting some facts out of the LA Times. I once wrote a polite letter to them about a fraudulent article, and I got a response calling me names, indicating my criticism spreads hate.
In an article titled, On Trump’s order, federal officials opened up two dams, the LA Times wrote that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers abruptly increased the amount of water flowing from two California dams.

This is an absolutely fascinating time, it seems like I'm dreaming. Keep on swinging and slinging, Glen, it feels good to keep winning!
I liked the article. I liked the meme. Both very true. Ya gotta want to do something to get it done.
I was extremely disappointed that there were no donuts though. 😉😊😋
