I agree with the sentiment. Who was he describing?
I think he was describing Hollywood-ites, Political-ites, HIghest Education-ites, and all others who either never experienced having to work for a living or have deliberately forgotten that experience. I've encountered some and it seemed to be their way to keep doing what they're doing without having to think about it. Just what came into my head as I read the quote.
